According to the Facebook Platform rules, we provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities for EasyPost, you can remove your information by following these steps:

Method 1: Via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's “Settings & Privacy”.
  2. Click “Settings”.
  3. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
  4. Search and Click “EasyPost” in the search bar.
  5. Scroll and click “Remove”.
  6. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

Method 2: Permanent Account Deletion

To request a full deletion of your EasyPost account and all associated data from our servers:

  1. Send an email to support@easypost.cm.
  2. Subject Line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your registered email address.

We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 48 hours.
